DESCRIPTION:EFFECTIVE BOARD LEADERSHIP\nLeading your nonprofit can be rewarding and often challenging as a volunteer board member. Board Roundtables give you dedicated time\, without nonprofit staff members present\, to ask questions and discuss topics critical to effective board leadership.\n\n\n\n\n\nEach free 2-hour session is limited to 30 participants to encourage discussion and the opportunity to connect with other board members.\nRoundtables begin with a facilitator introducing the topic and sharing best practices based on their experience.\nSessions also include small group networking opportunities and plenty of time for participants to ask questions and share challenges and successes\, so board members can learn from each other.\nA boxed lunch will be provided.
