EFFECTIVE BOARD LEADERSHIP
Leading your nonprofit can be rewarding and often challenging as a volunteer board member. Board Roundtables give you dedicated time, without nonprofit staff members present, to ask questions and discuss topics critical to effective board leadership.
- Each free 2-hour session is limited to 30 participants to encourage discussion and the opportunity to connect with other board members.
- Roundtables begin with a facilitator introducing the topic and sharing best practices based on their experience.
- Sessions also include small group networking opportunities and plenty of time for participants to ask questions and share challenges and successes, so board members can learn from each other.
- A boxed lunch will be provided.
