Topics include: Development, Financial Leadership, Board Engagement, and Workplace Culture.
Next Session: Beyond the Basics of Nonprofit Development
Dates: Spring 2027
Time: TBD
Where: In-Person at Rochester Area Foundation

Beyond the Basics of Nonprofit Development –
Advance your organization’s fundraising efforts.
Join a cohort of peers working in nonprofit development in rich discussion and peer-led learning focused on strategy, stewardship and more. In four sessions, co-facilitated by Rebecca Snapp CRFE, Director of Community Engagement with The Salvation Army, and Ellen Hegge, Philanthropy Officer at the Rochester Area Foundation, you will learn about fundraising strategies, stewardship, event planning, major gift cultivation, grant writing, and more. This cohort is designed for nonprofit professionals who are responsible for supporting or leading fundraising efforts. While the content of this program will be more advanced than the basics of fundraising, persons with all degrees of experience in fundraising are encouraged to apply.
