Peer Learning Cohorts

Sometimes the best learning and insights come from your peers in the industry. We offer two peer learning cohorts each year facilitated by local industry veterans, but the content is driven by the small group of participants. Each cohort consists of 5 monthly sessions. Topics include: Development, Financial Leadership, Board Engagement, and Workplace Culture.
Mentor Matchmaking

Are you ready to help lift up the next generation of nonprofit leaders? Folks are looking for mentors like you! Let us know you’re willing to be a mentor. We’ll facilitate introductions in a group setting twice a year, then let you continue your mentorship journey in the way that works best for you and your mentee.
